Product Owner

At Dynatrace Austria GmbH, we're looking for a skilled Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading and prioritizing the team backlog, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the backlog is well-maintained and conceptually sound.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate and motivate a team.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer pain points and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlogs.
- Craft and align user stories, ensuring they are well-defined, aligned with the product strategy, and clarifying any details as needed.
- Define and commit to epics by establishing clear landing zones and ensuring timely delivery of team commitments.
- Balance stakeholder perspectives by acting as the team's gatekeeper and considering various inputs.
- Approve user stories by validating them against acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done.
- Set Sprint goals in collaboration with the team to define clear and achievable objectives.
