Sustainability Catalyst

We are seeking a Sustainability Catalyst to spearhead high-impact projects within our operations, tackling sustainability challenges head-on, and refining our life cycle assessment process.
In this role, you will conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) on diverse materials and processes, shaping a sustainable future with each analysis.
You will manage supplier requests and meticulously validate the data we receive with precision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth research on sustainability-related topics and regulatory frameworks
- Managing and supporting projects within the Global Research Team
- Structuring projects in stage-gate-processes and in agile settings
- Raising ideas and highlighting areas of improvement to increase the innovation process
Requirements:
- Master's degree in environment and bioresources management, nutritional sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, technical chemistry, process engineering, or a similar field
- 5 years of experience in sustainability and/or innovation management
- Proven experience in managing innovative sustainability projects in the FMCG or a related industry
- Experience in conducting Life-Cycle-Assessments (LCAs) and a holistic understanding of Operations/Supply Chain processes
- Strong analytical mind with the ability to take fact-based decisions
- Natural curiosity with the ability to quickly identify important scientific questions
Additional Information:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,605 gross per month.
However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
