About the Role

The Product Support Engineer - CellXpress.ai is a critical position that provides high-quality engineering support to meet Field Service and external customer needs on our CellXpress product. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Product Support Engineer and is part of the Product Support Team in the Service Organization located in Salzburg, Austria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct escalation support to the Field Service Engineering and Technical Support teams for CellXpress and related products.
  • Generate documentation and conduct hardware and software training to enable support of the customized product by field service engineers and technical support.

This role requires a strong understanding of life sciences and engineering principles, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A S. or higher in a Life Science discipline or in Engineering.
  • 5+ years of professional work experience as a hands-on engineer in a life science company or discovery laboratory environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to visit customers or provide technical training domestic and international.
