Campaign Manager

Welcome to PAYBACK GmbH, a leading company in the field of loyalty management and data economy. As a pioneer in data-based marketing, we develop digital business models and implement technical trends worldwide.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Campaign Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, conceptualizing, and executing multichannel campaigns with a focus on digital extension and implementation.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Developing and implementing campaign strategies across various channels
  • Analyzing campaign performance both qualitatively and quantitatively to identify optimization potential
  • Managing performance marketing, online shopping campaigns, and entertainment offers within the team
  • Coordinating and implementing PAYBACK app and web content
  • Creating sales-supporting materials and organizing presentations for PAYBACK partners

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • A university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in (direct) marketing (offline, online, mobile) or multichannel marketing on the agency or company side
  • Experience in project management as well as in the conception and implementation of advertising materials
  • Knowledge of tools for digital publishing and content management systems
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • The ability to work independently and in a structured manner
