About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our Go Code Module development team, you will be responsible for implementing changes, improvements, and new features to our Go Agent, working primarily in C++.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop performance and availability monitoring solutions for Go applications
  • Work primarily with C++
  • Analyze and gain an understanding of the inner workings of the Go runtime
  • Design and implement new features independently (Feature Ownership)
  • Collaborate intensively with local and international development teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the Go open-source community
Requirements
  • Several years of C++ experience
  • Interest in deep diving into the Go runtime
  • Enjoy developing high-performance algorithms and working with the latest technologies
  • Experience with Go or a willingness to learn on the job
  • Interest in cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Lambda, Google Functions)
  • Ability to focus on details while keeping the mind open for the whole ecosystem
  • Team player and eager to learn innovative technologies
