We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Outerwear Fashion Designer to join our team at Red Bull. As a Senior Outerwear Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating strong Outerwear designs that reflect our unique brand identity within the field of men and women Outerwear.

About the Role

In this role, you'll create outerwear designs while following the seasonal concept, briefing, and set targets for men and women. This will involve understanding current trends in the fashion industry and determining how to incorporate them into our designs while also ensuring that the clothing is functional and wearable for our target audience.

You will conduct trend research and innovation ideas, drive key fabrics, and lead fittings alongside our dedicated teams from development, pattern, and sourcing. Your input and collaboration are crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of fit, quality, and style.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create high-quality outerwear designs that align with our brand identity and seasonal concepts.
  2. Conduct trend research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.
  3. Develop and implement innovative ideas for new products and designs.
  4. Lead fittings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and fit.
  5. Maintain accurate SAP (PLM) data and create Techpacks for production.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • English fluent, German skills are beneficial.
  • Extensive experience and technical knowledge of outewear, fabrics, function, and treatments, as well as bestseller shapes for menswear and womenswear.
  • Strong trend research and market research skills.
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail and creativity.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated monthly salary for this position is approximately €2,367.00 gross. Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and includes additional benefits such as competitive bonuses, comprehensive health insurance, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
