Office Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Office Experience Coordinator to join our global People and Culture team. As a Senior Workplace Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional work environment that drives employee engagement and delivers outstanding business results.
As part of our hybrid 1st team with 600 colleagues, you will work closely with the global Workplace Experience team to enhance our office space planning and implement future-proof concepts. Your expertise in event organization, travel management, and employee benefits will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of local events tailored to the needs of our office location
- Collaborate with the Procurement team on purchases and ensure alignment with company policies
- Work closely with the Finance team on Travel Management tools and Expenses
- Provide support for visitor management, workshop preparation, and onsite Facility services quality assurance
- Promote new global initiatives to the community and maintain a single source of truth Information Hub
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Office Management or a similar position
- A strong sense of business needs and goals
- Talent for communication, prioritization, and general work organization
- Fluent German and English skills
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- An estimated salary range of EUR 50,000 - 65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment
