Your role encompasses a comprehensive approach, from ensuring seamless interoperability between our software solutions to driving co-innovation and executing joint go-to-market strategies.
- Strategic Leadership: You will be responsible for developing, leading, and implementing the strategy and integration of our partner initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to align alliance objectives with the overall business strategy, ensuring coherence and effectiveness.
- Program Ownership: Take charge of collaborative programs and initiatives, utilizing both internal and external resources to provide timely updates on progress and accomplishments to stakeholders.
- Relationship Facilitation: Foster collaboration between Dynatrace and our technology partners, including partner executives, product managers, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- Technical Scoping: Lead initial technical assessments and detailed business strategies.
- Long-Term Strategy Development: Proactively identify and drive long-term strategies and initiatives with technology alliance partners to achieve rapid global business growth.
- Opportunity Identification: Actively seek and leverage new opportunities for joint ventures, collaborative projects, and business development to stimulate innovation and revenue growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across organizations, from executives to product and sales teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of proven leadership experience, effectively inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
- At least 5 years of experience in planning, developing, and managing technology alliances with major software vendors.
- Extensive experience in business development and managing partner relationships.
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategies in the technology/cloud services sector, ideally within the DevOps or Cybersecurity domains.
- Ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Preferably, experience in establishing an ISV Ecosystem Partner Program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a personable demeanor, comfortable engaging with executives, IT management, and developers.
- Willingness to travel as necessary and adhere to the company's travel policies.
