About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP generalist to join our local team of Business Transformation Services as part of a regional team (Switzerland & Central and Eastern Europe).

Key Responsibilities

As a BTS consultant, you will advise customers on how to develop and implement business processes and IT strategies towards digital transformation.

Key qualifications include:

  • Enterprise architecture and at least 8 years of experience in the SAP advisory field
  • Experience in self-managed project work at customer, with high focus on customer orientation
  • The ability to think conceptually while focusing on quality and deliverables
  • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt in a new environment, where you can grow fast
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to design and hold high-impact presentations
  • Proven leadership skills in motivating teams and leading panels and discussions
  • Can-do attitude

Requirements

Fluency in both German and English is required.

In addition to your wide SAP product and architecture knowledge, you should have a good understanding of industry and IT trends as well as business and processes.
