Compensation Package
">A competitive salary is just the beginning. You can expect a tax-free monthly salary of AED 10,170 (~USD 2,770), which includes three components: a basic salary, hourly pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance. Additionally, you'll enjoy free accommodation in Dubai, as well as transport to and from the airport.
Requirements
">- At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- High school graduate (Grade 12)
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in another language is an asset
- Arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes and minimum height of 160 cm to ensure accessibility on all aircraft types
- No visible tattoos while in uniform (cosmetic and bandage coverings not allowed)
- Ability to adapt to new situations and cultures
- Dubai-based position requires meeting UAE employment visa requirements
