Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer Business Intelligence and Analytics to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing business intelligence solutions to drive data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 3rd Level Support and Application/Platform Lifecycle Management in the area of Production Datawarehouse & Reporting Solutions
- Continuously enhance our Production Reporting Platforms using various technologies (Oracle, Hadoop, Denodo,...)
- Define, design, build, and enhance business intelligence solutions
- Partner up with management, application owner, key business customer, and team members for the delivery of regional/global services
- Ensure that systems, processes, and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery
- Incident and Problem Management to support our internal Infineon customers
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
- Some years of work experience in the area of Information Technology/Business Intelligence
- Knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle and know-how in MS SQL Database
- Understanding of ETL technique, data modeling, and performance optimization
- Experienced in data warehousing projects is an added advantage
- Good analytical troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in German and English
