This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to shape our end-to-end payment processes, ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient transactions. As Chief Payment Innovation Officer, you'll oversee key relationships with partners and stakeholders, monitor emerging trends, and lead the development of innovative functionalities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including acquiring banks, card schemes, and POS terminal vendors
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on industry developments, regulatory changes, and security enhancements across the iGaming payments industry
  • Liaising with stakeholders to define requirements for new functionalities
  • Optimizing success rates of customer purchases and payouts
  • Monitoring global payments ecosystem developments and their impact on the Payment Service
  • Developing multi-year and multi-quarter roadmaps & strategy for Payments
  • Ensuring cost optimization and setting targets YoY to optimize costs further
  • Reporting on payments within the organization
  • Taking responsibility for resolving incidents and issues in production

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Accounting
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a financial- or business management role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • iGaming industry experience is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • English fluency is required, German highly desirable

We offer a competitive base salary range of **75,000 - 85,000 EUR gross/year** (paid in 14 salaries), thoughtfully designed to align with industry standards.
