Bar Mixologist

Das Central - Alpine. Luxury. Life is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Commis de Bar to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to our guests
• Support the Chef de Rang/Bar Manager in all aspects of the bar operation
• Prepare and maintain the bar area, including mise en place and cleaning
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist with various events and functions, including weddings and corporate events

• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology
• Basic training in hospitality and customer service
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
