Job Title: SAP HCM Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Team Lead to join our team in Sailauf, Germany. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the SAP HCM Application Management Services (AMS) for Magna's European region. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of SAP HCM processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the SAP HCM team to ensure efficient AMS for the European region.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
  • Act as a pivotal member of the change management process, facilitating and supporting the implementation of changes within the SAP HCM environment.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external partners to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Team Lead or Manager in an SAP HCM environment, with a focus on AMS.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM modules and functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of European HR processes and legislative requirements.
  • Excellent English and German communication skills.
