Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled In-House Compliance Expert to join our team at CML Construction Services GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and advise on legal developments in compliance, ensuring our organization remains up-to-date with the latest regulations and best practices.
  • Coordinate international compliance training programs, covering areas such as criminal law, antitrust law, and more.
  • Advising on and managing compliance incidents, developing compliance policies, and providing legal advice to support the Business Compliance Unit.
  • Drafting and assessing compliance documents, contract clauses, and monitoring sanctions responses.
  • Managing special issues such as export control and liaising with relevant authorities.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A law degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in-house or in a law firm.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • A strong interest in an international working environment and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Proactive work style, flexibility, and loyalty.
