As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for our DACH region team, you will be a key strategic leader, working closely with clients, engineering teams, and business units to define and execute technology strategies. Your role will involve advising startups, mid-sized companies as well as enterprise businesses on technology decisions, leading discovery processes, and ensuring that the company stays at the forefront of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Strategy: Define and drive the technology strategy for our clients in the DACH region, helping them build scalable, future-proof solutions.
  • Ai Workshops and Solution Design: Lead AI workshops, support the productization of AI solutions, and drive our AI service offerings for the DACH region, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
  • Client Engagement & Advisory: Partner with VC-backed startups and established enterprises to provide technical expertise and strategic guidance, ensuring their success.
  • Discovery & Solution Design: Lead technical discovery sessions, helping clients shape their software architecture, tech stack, and product roadmap.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent us at industry events, tech conferences, and networking forums, strengthening our brand presence in the region.
  • New Business & Pitching: Work closely with our sales and demand generation teams to support technical pre-sales efforts, providing insights on best-fit technologies and solution architectures.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between technical and commercial objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Establish best practices for technology roadmaps, DevOps, and agile methodologies to optimize software development efficiency.
