Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Software Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Technical Software Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch customers, providing technical advice and support for our products. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical advice and support for our products to customers in the Netherlands
- Work with customers to develop requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Ensure a smooth transition to the productive system and provide ongoing support to customers
- Proactively identify development opportunities and work with customers to implement solutions
- Collaborate with our development department to ensure that customer needs are met
- Completed IT and/or technical-oriented education (college/university)
- Over 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Highly developed analytical skills, knowledge, and experience in requirements engineering and testing
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English, with knowledge of German an advantage
- Full-time employment
