Job Title: Head of QHSE Product Line Marine Solutions

PALFINGER MARINE, a global leader in innovative lifting solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) team for our Marine Solutions product line.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned QHSE professional to join our team and drive excellence in our Marine Solutions product line. As the Head of QHSE, you will be responsible for defining, optimizing, and implementing QHSE processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement QHSE strategies and policies for the Marine Solutions product line
  • Lead and manage a team of QHSE specialists to ensure effective implementation of QHSE processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain QHSE training programs for employees and contractors
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with QHSE standards
  • Develop and implement KPIs to measure QHSE performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science, safety management)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE leadership roles, preferably in the maritime or offshore industry
  • Proven track record of implementing QHSE initiatives and driving cultural change
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment
