Job Description
">As our new Staff Engineer specializing in Application Stress Test Methodologies, you will dive into the world of next-generation wide-bandgap power semiconductors. Your expertise in designing and developing test systems will help us push our technology to its limits while collaborating with a team of innovators.
You will design innovative test systems that explore performance under extreme conditions, develop and design advanced power electronic circuits through simulations and concept studies, and lead stress testing using both established and newly developed test systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Master's / PhD in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field">
- Strong expertise in SPICE and system-level simulations of power electronic circuits">
- Proven experience in PCB design using industry-standard tools like ALTIUM Designer">
- Practical experience with power electronic hardware design, from concept to laboratory validation">
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or German">
- The ability to lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative workspace">
