We are seeking a skilled Archives Associate(P1) to join our team at the IAEA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing large volumes of digital information. This includes project design, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as knowledge of records management and metadata curation.

Key qualifications include a first-level degree in social sciences, data sciences, information management, or IT with a specialization in archives, records management, or a related field. A minimum of one year of professional experience in digital archives and metadata curation within an archives or related organization is also required.

In addition to the above qualifications, the ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written command of English. Knowledge of other official IAEA languages is an asset.

The IAEA offers an attractive remuneration package, including a tax-free annual net base salary, a variable post adjustment, dependency benefits, rental subsidy, education grant, relocation, and repatriation expenses.
