Job Title: Lead People Operations Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead People Operations Advisor to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert guidance and support to employees, business leaders, and global COEs on various people topics relevant to the specific market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on people topics specific to the local market to employees, business leaders, HRBPs, and global P&C COEs.
  • Handle and resolve tier 2 people operations query escalations, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Support leaders with performance enablement actions, ensuring seamless guidance on performance improvement, and coaches managers on Dynatrace values and behaviors.
  • Support the deployment of P&C initiatives including hiring, compensation, and talent development locally, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs.
  • Actively resolve employee queries related to people operations, offering support and solutions to enhance the employee experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of people operations services by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with local site leadership on P&C activities, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Champion employee experience initiatives in partnership with the Workplace Experience and Employee Experience teams, promoting a positive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Director, Global People Operations, highlighting key activities, challenges, and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or people operations, with a focus on providing expert guidance and handling escalations.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • This role is a contract position.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €71,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
