Senior Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior JavaScript Engineer to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop cloud-based solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as OpenStack, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical objectives and long-term goals.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to ensure successful adoption and growth of our product.
- Develop and deliver web-based training to user groups to support organizational adoption.
- Engage with customer support as a customer advocate to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers to maintain current functional and technical knowledge of our products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior.
- Ability to manage executive relationships and discussions (VP/CxO).
- Exceptional English and German written and verbal communications skills.
- Cloud/new stack technologies such as OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, SAP, etc.
- Web and application server technologies such as Apache, IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, and JBoss Server/Server-side technologies such as Java Servlets, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ajax.
- Mobile application technologies such as iOS and Android Webkit DevOps toolchain applications such as Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, etc.
