Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Performance Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the performance of paid search and paid social media campaigns on a global scale.
  • You will work closely with our regional and local colleagues to decide on how to best run these channels, prioritize them according to the best return, work on improvements and share your results.
  • Additionally, you will help develop and optimize the digital customer journey beginning from the digital marketing channels to the landing pages to raise and optimize the conversion rates.
  • You will be the center of knowledge on all topics related to performance marketing and keep up with the developments in digital marketing.
  • As a Digital Marketing Performance Specialist, you will also look for new ways of reaching our target audience and have the opportunity to test new channels and ideas.
  • You will utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to enhance reporting, monitor events and conversions in order to extract deeper insights.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (B2B or B2C) and experience with running multilingual campaigns, e-commerce or agency background is a plus
  • Demonstrable experience in setting up, leading and managing SEM channels (Google Ads) and paid social media (META, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Experience with landing page optimization and CRO, SEO knowledge and experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and related reporting tools as well as proficiency in excel
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
