Our Mission

  • We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Engineer to join our team at KNAPP, where you will play a crucial role in extending the life cycle of our systems and ensuring they remain cutting-edge.
  • As a specialist in mechatronics and network IT, you will be responsible for collaborating with our team to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  • You will work closely with our project preparation team in Graz to foster successful collaboration and drive business growth.
  • As a key member of our team, you will provide expertise and support to adjacent functional departments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies, including industrial printers, computers, and network hardware, and will be responsible for expanding your skills through the implementation of new solutions and the modernization of customers' systems.
  • You will analyze, test, and record developed measures, as well as train customer technicians on site, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • We are looking for a candidate with multiple years of experience at an international concern, with a solid understanding of Linux, hardware, and networks.
  • Knowledge of other applications, such as Herma, and printers, such as HP and Zebra, is a plus.
  • A basic technical education, such as an apprenticeship or technical college, is also required.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential, and the ability to work in an international, dynamic team is a must.
  • You should be able to complete tasks reliably, with respect to work quality and deadlines, even under pressure.
  • Additionally, you should be able to recognize potential for improvement and enjoy being at the forefront of turning this potential into creative and dynamic processes and solutions.

What We Offer

  • We offer a minimum salary of EUR 2,650 gross per month, with the possibility of a salary increase based on qualifications and experience.
  • Depending on the amount of travel, you will receive a monthly compensation for expenses of up to EUR 1,000 net, as well as allowances of up to EUR 1,000 gross.
