The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Description

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will play a key role in the development of innovative designs for future and existing applications of the TGW product range. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Surveys of user requirements and creation of UI/UX concepts
  • Closed cooperation with product owners, designers, developers, and customers
  • Maintenance and further development of our design system
  • Conducting design reviews and usability tests to provide consistent design quality

You will also be responsible for active participation in process design and the opportunity to implement your own ideas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Completed training in the field of media design, human-centered design, or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in the UI/UX field (an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS
  • A creative mind, open-minded, communicative, and inquisitive personality
  • The ability to work in a structured and independent way, but also like to work together with the team on imaginative solutions
  • Good English skills and enjoyment of an international working environment
