Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop distributed systems that interact seamlessly with cloud technology layers and components.
  • Identify and recommend optimal cloud technology solutions and modify code to improve reliability and operability.
  • Develop an understanding of product code, features, and operations at scale to contribute to incremental improvements in availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance.
  • Research and maintain awareness of industry trends, advances in distributed systems, and new tools and processes for maintaining and improving product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance.
  • Leverage technical expertise to suggest changes or add-ons to product features or code to improve availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance.
Requirements
  • Multi-year technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, systems administration, or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Deep knowledge of the Azure Cloud and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Ability to technically lead projects and mentor less senior team members.
