We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our Customer Intelligence and Analytics department at Erste Group Bank. Key Responsibilities
  • Link between banking and IT experts to drive transaction classification projects forward
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in Austria and other countries to achieve business objectives
  • Act as the primary contact person for business requirements and specifications
  • Develop and maintain classification models to improve quality and accuracy
  • Work closely with the central business hub to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements engineering in an agile development environment
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a deep understanding of business objectives and technology
  • Excellent German language skills, with additional proficiency in English
  • Programming skills in SQL, Python, or SAS are a plus
  • Experience in banking data analysis, particularly transactional data, is highly valued
