• Assist the Therme Director in managing daily operations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
• Manage administrative tasks, including inventory and ordering
• Provide exceptional customer service and support

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry
• Completed commercial training (preferably with a focus on tourism and hospitality)
• Experience with TAC software is an asset
• Proven leadership skills and motivation
• Business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
