Job Summary:

As a Senior Process Expert at Novartis, you will play a critical role in ensuring the execution of processes on-time, in compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and applicable guidelines. You will provide front-line technical and scientific expert support for all process-specific issues and assume duties as accountable person for manufacturing of finished products according to §8 of Arzneimittelbetriebsordnung (AMBO) 2009.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support in the coordination and production of biopharmaceuticals.

• Support fundamental GMP processes and prepare production supporting documents and concepts.

• Ensure real-time shop floor support and technical control of the execution/interpretation of study results.

• Identify, initiate, and coordinate improvement projects in the production environment and prepare/executed training for production personnel regarding industrial hygiene, GMP, and safety.

• Handle deviations, implement/coordinated defined actions, and implement approved change requests.

Requirements:

• Strong technical and scientific knowledge of GMP processes and regulations.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment and provide expert support to manufacturing teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify and implement process improvements.
