About the Role

In this role as International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing tax-related projects and ensuring compliance with international regulations. You will work closely with finance and legal teams to mitigate tax risks and drive strategic improvements.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and coordinate tax-related projects to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  2. Provide expert advice on tax matters, including Transfer Pricing, VAT, and Corporate Tax.
  3. Prepare and maintain Transfer Pricing documentation.
  4. Monitor evolving tax legislation and ensure compliance with regulatory updates.
  5. Manage relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
  6. Support tax reporting processes and calculate intercompany fees.
Key Skills:
  • Mastery of accounting, finance, or taxation principles, with tax advisor certification being a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a Big4 firm or multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep knowledge of international tax regulations, OECD guidelines, and IFRS principles.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; German is an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP and/or Tagetik is preferred.
