Waste Transformation Specialist

Lindner-Recyclingtech GmbH is a leading company in the waste management industry, and we're committed to making a positive impact on the environment. As a Waste Transformation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to tackle the world's waste problem.

• Design and implement advanced control systems for our mobile shredders, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Develop and implement control concepts for our mobile shredders, including programming and implementation of SPS, visualizations, bus systems, and drive systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary development team to optimize system performance and functionality.
• Support technical feasibility studies and contribute to the development of new technologies.
• Install and commission prototype machines and systems at customer sites, providing training and support for product implementation.
• Contribute to the professionalization of software development processes, including testing, simulation, and DevOps.
• Lead the development of control systems for our mobile shredder platform, utilizing Bosch Rexroth and Siemens Step 7 technologies.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and innovations.

• Technical education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of SPS programming, particularly with Bosch Rexroth systems.
• Experience with programming Bosch BODAS control devices is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation technology, preferably in the machinery and equipment manufacturing, automotive, or related industries.
• Interest in working in an agile environment, with experience in Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Git is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and creativity skills.
• Ability to work independently and precisely.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
