Responsibilities- Participate in projects from day one and gain experience in multiple SAP S/4 HANA modules
- Collaborate with international SAP users and external suppliers
- Learn to set up global SAP solutions
- Develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment
- Bachelor or Master degree in IT (ideally with a focus on SAP)
- Enthusiasm for production and production processes
- First professional experience as an SAP key user is an advantage
- Open-minded and team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
- Excellent English language skills, any additional language is a plus
- A well-structured trainee program with on-the-job training and development opportunities
- Job rotation to international delfort locations with benefits such as coverage of flight costs and rent
- Ongoing guidance, feedback, and support from your mentor
- Remuneration according to the collective bargaining agreement
- Local onboarding and home country phase
- International job rotation (4-6 months)
- Home country phase and transition to your new role
- Kick Off and Closing meeting with all delfort trainees at headquarters
