Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Vice President Sales - Business Solutions, der unsere Vertriebsstrategie weiterentwickelt und unsere Geschäftsentwicklung vorantreibt. Als Führungskraft sind Sie verantwortlich für die personelle und fachliche Führung eines dynamischen Teams und agieren eigenverantwortlich für die Mitarbeiterentwicklung. Sie führen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Key Account Management und Pre-Sales Teams Kundbedarfsanalysen durch und erstellen individuelle Business Prozesse auf Basis individuell erstellter Prozesskostenrechnung. Vertragsverhandlungen der Top-Accounts führen Sie bei Bedarf selbst und immer auf Augenhöhe.

Voraussetzungen

Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium und starkes Verständnis für aktuelle Digitalisierungslösungen. Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Key Account Management im Bereich Lösungsgeschäft. Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen CRM- und Online-Prozesse sowie im Changemanagement. Hohe Kundorientierung, Empathie und Eigeninitiative. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft.
