We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team at Lam Research Corporation. As an EHS Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential EHS risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS training programs.
- Investigate and report EHS incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage EHS permits, licenses, and certifications, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain EHS metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Technical education in a relevant field, such as safety, environmental science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS, with a strong background in safety management and compliance.
- Certifications in EHS, such as OSHA or IOSH, are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate EHS risks.
