Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Logistics Director to join our team at FERCAM Austria GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our transportation division and building a high-performing team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in transportation management, with expertise in organizing and controlling daily transport operations, managing international partnerships, and negotiating prices and yields. You will also be responsible for expanding our network of transport partners through business trips throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and control daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Manage relationships with international transport partners, negotiating prices and yields to maximize profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our network of transport partners, increasing revenue and market share
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of transportation logistics and be able to analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions.
