Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our international digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website optimization, social media management, and analytics-driven decision-making.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing international digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion;
- Managing and optimizing our websites and social media platforms to ensure a seamless user experience;
- Analyzing campaign performance using data analytics tools and making informed decisions to optimize results;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure aligned marketing efforts;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an international environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics);
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
