Cybersecurity Network Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Network Specialist to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and operating our network services on an international level.

Responsibilities:
  • Full technological responsibility for the network environment, including operations, 2nd-level support, and lifecycle management
  • Processing of incoming service requests and participating in change, incident management, and problem management processes
  • Maintenance and further development of operational documentation
Requirements:
  • Vocational training in Communication Systems and Networks or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of Networking technologies, including Cisco Networks Switching, Routing, Firewalling, WLAN, ISE with Catalyst Center (aka DNA-Center), and Meraki
  • Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and presentation skills
  • German (spoken and written) and Level B2 in English
  • Highly motivated and flexible individual with a strong customer focus and team spirit
