Project Manager Job Description

Nomad Digital is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Delivery Team in Vienna, Austria. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a range of projects with varying complexities and ensuring their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of Nomad Digital projects within your region, leading a team of subject matter experts and/or contractors assigned to the project.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management, quality assurance, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide inputs for upselling opportunities to the customer account/sales manager and support the upselling process.
  • Document and file best practices and learnings, participating in internal initiatives to improve project delivery processes and tools.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Successful track record of delivery within multi-year projects, with experience in overseeing hardware and software solution requirements definition, solution design, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Strong documentation skills and the ability to lead and follow on project process controls.
  • Experience in applying SW tools that support project planning and controlling.
