About Us

Our mission is to create a platform that streamlines deal sourcing and closing for professional market participants. We integrate three key pillars: Deal Brokerage, SaaS solutions, and Outsourcing Services, aimed at connecting investors with high-quality off-market opportunities. Our AI-driven solutions enhance process efficiency and empower deal teams and professional investors to make informed decisions.

We are currently focused on real estate investments, including debt or equity solutions for development projects and the placement of existing assets in the secondary market. In the near future, we will expand to additional asset classes, such as company transactions. Our unique advantage lies in our in-house team of senior business experts with extensive experience in private markets deal sourcing and closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a remote API for our web application and third-party services.
  • Establish and maintain a reliable, flexible, and secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Contribute to other software development work as needed.
Requirements

Important Requirements

  • Experience in designing and implementing high-quality software services.
  • Knowledge of Scala or other functional, statically typed programming languages.
  • Disposition for optimal decision-making, critical thinking, and self-awareness.
  • A kind, positive, and collaborative attitude focused on mutual success.
  • Ability to work remotely, with occasional office presence in Vienna.
  • Official permanent or temporary residence in Austria.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in solving information security and data protection issues.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud computing, and networking.
  • Strong familiarity with databases and other data storage solutions.
  • General competence in broader software engineering topics.
  • Existing work that can be demonstrated or reviewed.
