Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - Process Excellence to lead our technical disciplines and drive the successful implementation of large-scale projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Executing and optimising plant design within project budget, schedule, company guidelines, and customer requirements.
• Coordinating technical disciplines, leading the engineering team, and supporting the project team with technical expertise.
• Developing standards and project-specific engineering manuals in collaboration with clients and internal departments.
• Reviewing and approving services, including suppliers, for correctness and completeness.
• Moderating project meetings and serving as a liaison with customers on all technical matters.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A completed degree in process engineering, plant or mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Training in project management is an advantage.
• Corporate thinking and customer orientation.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in engineering management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical plant sector.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge and experience in industrial project engineering.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong leadership skills and team orientation.
• Very good knowledge of English, ideally German.

Location

Vacation location possibilities include Austria and other European locations.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000 based on local market conditions and qualifications.
