We are looking for a visionary leader to join our team as a Leader in Power Electronic Devices Research.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy for power electronic devices, focusing on control platforms and systems.
- Lead a team of researchers to develop innovative solutions for power electronic devices, leveraging expertise in control engineering and power electronics.
- Collaborate with industrial and academic partners to establish and manage research projects, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Share vision and expertise with colleagues to advance the field of power electronics and its applications.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers to develop their skills and contribute to the success of the research team.
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields with specialization in power electronics.
- At least 8 years of practical experience in power electronics, preferably in an academic environment.
- Expertise in power electronics with a focus on control engineering, demonstrated through publications, invited talks, and other scientific contributions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to inspire and motivate junior researchers.
