Salary

The salary for this position starts at €54,100 per annum (based on a 38.5 hour workweek) with opportunities for performance-related increases based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Kubernetes Containerization Specialist to join our dynamic DevOps team. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automating deployment and management of applications in Kubernetes clusters.
• You will also develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IAC) for Kubernetes using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Additionally, you will work on designing and architecting Kubernetes container platforms.
• In this role, you will collaborate with related product teams in a fast-paced DevOps environment and contribute to the further development and operation of our state-of-the-art Kubernetes Platform.
• Your expertise in Linux, Kubernetes, virtualization, and containerization will be invaluable in driving our company's digital transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of Linux systems administration, ideally with experience as a SysAdmin.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes administration and advanced usage.
• Experience with cloud computing service providers, particularly GCP.
• Understanding of computer networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with automation, configuration management, and IaC tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
• Knowledge of multiple topics including Gitops, CI/CD tools, agile development, logging and monitoring tools, software-defined networking, enterprise storage systems, backup/restore procedures, lifecycle management, updates, and upgrades.
