About the RoleAs a Sustainability Assistant at MM Group, you will provide high-level administrative support to our top management team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Creating professional PowerPoint presentations and reports
- Proofreading documents and maintaining a polished tone
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities with efficiency and attention to detail
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a Management Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong skills in proofreading and editing for grammar, spelling, and style
- Excellent communication skills in English (C-Level), German is an advantage
- Organizational and creative problem-solving skills
As a member of our team, you can expect:
- An annual compensation package starting at EUR 42,000 gross all-in, based on your qualifications and experience
