Position: Sales Operations Analyst - Data & Analytics (f/m/x)
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract valuable insights from direct sales operations to support Template Management, Stock Vehicle Ordering, and overall Vehicle & Stock management.
- Conduct thorough analysis and queries on relevant data sources to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and propose efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with data scientists to design new features and enhance existing functionalities of our recommendation models based on the insights gathered.
- Perform regular assessments of data sources and pipelines to ensure they effectively capture necessary information for analytics and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Strong analytical mindset and process-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT data engineers/scientists and business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of data models and proficiency in SQL.
- Familiarity with analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, databases, and Business Intelligence platforms.
- Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., Glue, Athena, QuickSight) is a plus.
- Knowledge of machine learning models.
- Demonstrated personal initiative and reliability.
- Team-oriented with strong intercultural communication skills.
- Fluency in business English.
