Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to lead our finance team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. This key leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of finance, accounting, and procurement operations while delivering accurate and timely financial insights to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and adherence to compliance standards, ensuring the hotel's sustained success.

• Responsible for assessing the financial performance of the Hotel as well as possible risks and investments.
• Oversee all accounting and finance aspects of the hotel including month end procedures, accounts receivable, cost control, income audit, cashiering, accounts payable and general ledger in accordance with Rosewood's policies & procedures.
• Continuously identify and develop areas for business improvement and motivate key stakeholders to actively engage in the process through analysis & planning.
