Steel Construction and Welding Technology Instructor

Position Summary:
We are looking for a committed
Trainer in Steel Construction and Welding Technology to impart knowledge in the fields of steel fabrication and robotic welding systems.
Primary Duties:
Delivering expertise and hands-on training in steel construction and robotic welding technology.
Facilitating the selection process for apprentices.
Offering mentorship and support to apprentices throughout their training.
Providing instruction focused on safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Assisting in the planning and execution of skills competitions and evaluations.
Ideal Candidate:
Possesses completed vocational training as a steel construction and welding technician.
Trainer certification is advantageous.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
Shows a commitment to continuous professional growth.
Exhibits attention to detail and a thorough work ethic.
Displays confidence and assurance in a training setting.
