Trademark Clearance Specialist

Red Bull is a leading global company with a strong presence in over 200 jurisdictions. Our Trademark Department is responsible for handling and coordinating trademark prosecution matters worldwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Legal Counsel Trademark Clearance.

1. Conduct thorough trademark clearance searches via various databases and search machines.
2. Analyze and review search results to identify potential trademark obstacles.
3. Prepare worldwide trademark clearance reports and provide recommendations for overcoming third-party trademark issues.
4. Coordinate risk assessments with local counsels as necessary.
5. Liaise with our Prosecution, License, and Brand Enforcement Teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

• Law degree, LLM in IP Law a plus.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in intellectual property law, specifically in international trademark searches and clearances.
• Solid experience in managing high volumes and complicated trademark clearances in a global context.
• Fluency in English, German a plus.
• Strong communication skills and good risk analysis and decision-making skills.
• Sound business judgment and strategic thinking.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical, professional, and solution-oriented working style.
• Familiarity with SAEGIS and other search applications.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.392,- gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
