We invite you to join our Key Account team in Europe as an individual contributor responsible for expanding and maintaining strategic customer connections. Every day will be unique, with a mix of travel, progressive software applications, interactions with local and international stakeholders, and liaison work with high-profile clients.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate and lead business development activities: Identify key target accounts, lead negotiations, support and challenge the performance of sales teams within your region
  • Establish contacts to key accounts and build networks: Develop and manage routes in defined markets and trade lanes
  • Support cross-sales activities in regions: Cooperate closely with Country Key Account Managers
  • Maintain and coordinate relationships with other departments
  • Regularly review processes and the business development platform, suggesting improvements where necessary

You can be based in any country where we have offices across Europe and hold a valid work permit. This is a full-time role in a hybrid working environment.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry
  • Proven record of own business development with multinational corporations
  • Proficient in English: Convinced presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs, empathize with clients, and present their requirements effectively to project teams and management
  • Team player, customer-focused, with good negotiating skills

Compensation Package: Minimum salary starting from EUR 60,000 gross annually + bonus agreement. Final compensation may vary depending on qualifications, experience, and job location.
