Job Description

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP Mill Production Solution Manager, der unsere globalen Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Mill Production weiterentwickeln und optimieren möchte.

Aufgaben
  • Fachliche Leitung und Entwicklung des globalen Business Solution Teams IT: SAP Mill Production
  • Aufbau und Pflege von starken Beziehungen zu Kunden und Erster Beratungskontakt für SAP-Softwarelösungen im Bereich Mill Production
  • Erstellung einer SAP Mill Production Roadmap in enger Abstimmung mit der Division
  • Gemeinsame Definition des Backlogs als Basis der laufenden Weiterentwicklungen und Projekte im Bereich SAP Mill Production in der HPM Division
  • Effiziente und innovative Lösungsentwicklung sowie Umsetzung gemeinsam mit Business Process Owners und Business Process Experts der HPM Division
  • Pro-aktive Mitarbeit bei den 2 Leitsätzen "Build the right things right and use them right" und "Reuse before buy before build" in der HPM Division
  • Auf-/Ausbau des Modul-Knowhows im Bereich SAP Mill Production im SAP S/4HANA/Cloud Umfeld inklusive der Schnittstellen zu lokalen MES Systemen
  • Teamübergreifende Sicherstellung einer End-to-End Prozessintegration der SAP Mill Productions
  • Förderung einer Hands-on-Mentalität und agilen Arbeitsweise im Team
  • Schaffen einer motivierenden Teamarbeit, die auch Fach Knowhow (Hands-on) und Innovation basiert
Ihr Profil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise als globaler fachlicher Team Lead im SAP-Umfeld
  • Fundiertes Modul-Know-how im SAP- S/4HANA Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP Mill Production
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Praxis und nachgewiesene inhaltliche Führungskompetenz
  • Expertise als Solution Architect im Bereich SAP Mill Production und Schnittstellen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Business
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist im agilen Umfeld
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung an neue Technologien im SAP- S/4HANA/Cloud Umfeld
Was wir bieten
  • Entgelt und Benefits: Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diesen Arbeitsplatz beträgt 4.346,00 brutto (14 mal p.a.). Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig (ohne All-In)
