Job Description

We are a dynamic and motivated team of over 70 people working in the heart of Vienna to revolutionize the world of Airsoft sports. Novritsch develops outstanding products, works with manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, sells in over 80 countries, and is active internationally. Our mission is to develop Airsoft products that people love. Products that don't need to be tinkered with to work. Products that offer our customers an amazing experience. We are passionate Airsoft fans who share the love for this sport and the equipment needed for it. To achieve our mission, we need like-minded people. We rely heavily on digital channels to reach our global audience. Airsoft marketing comes with its own set of challenges, which is why we are looking for a creative head who can engage relevant target groups in an innovative way. Your tasks will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and optimizing performance campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and others.
  • Segmenting and managing email campaigns, adapting sales texts, and automating email processes.
  • Developing product launch strategies, email automations, and sales funnels.
  • Implementing data-driven marketing with tools like GA4, GSC, or Looker Studio.
  • Exploring new marketing channels like Amazon FBA to expand our audience.
  • Optimizing existing campaigns and developing new approaches to increase our reach.
Requirements
  • Fluent English skills in writing and speaking (company language).
  • Proven success in digital marketing.
  • Experience with online marketing tools (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, email automation software).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and a basic understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Knowledge of brand marketing and product promotion.
  • Analytical thinking with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to use Generative AI effectively.
  • Presence on site.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Interest in Airsoft or willingness to learn about it.
  • Overview of other digital platforms (WooCommerce, WordPress, organic social media, etc.).
  • Experience with other advertising platforms (Amazon, TikTok, X, Reddit, Taboola).
  • Practical SEO experience.
  • Experience in Amazon retail.
